Frenches Pond gets a large amount of water; the wettest month of the year is typically May, that's the one that rains the most while February is regularly the driest month. Frenches Pond is in the vicinity of Frenches Pond Dam which is a striking place without doubt worth going to, and if you get bored of Frenches Pond you could also visit close by Lake Tranquility. For the period of the summer highs here at Frenches       Pond get into the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's while Frenches Pond night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Lamington River, and Green Valley Beach Campgrounds is a wonderful local campground. Any time is a fine time at Frenches Pond if you fancy the outdoors.                  After a long day outdoors Wyndham Garden Hotel - Mt. Olive At International Trade Center is a fine place to spend a night or two; there are some nice whitewater spots on Paulins Kill River. Why not camp at Panther Lake Camping Resort since you're here at Frenches Pond, and a lake nearby is Waterloo Lakes. All our national parks are glorious spots to pop by, and Delaware National Scenic River is no exception, and while you're here and you like golf, you can have a look at Bear Brook Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Residence Inn by Marriott Mount Olive at the International Trade Center, and Allamuchy Mountain can be distinguished from Frenches Pond.
