Many people like to go to Franklin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There are good sites to discover along the Kakiat Trail, and if you're here you can play some golf at Packanack Golf Club. Going for a hike on the Cannonball Trail is always a great adventure, and you can see Mount Cecchino from Franklin Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Franklin Lake a wet location; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while February is

| | the month with the least amount of precipitation. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Franklin Lake. The warmest time of the year at Franklin Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the night is slightly colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. and Camp wabenaki is a pleasant campground here. Wellesley Inn Wayne is a tremendous location to get some rest; there's always Haledon Reservoir Dam to go to next to Franklin Lake. If you come at the right time of year, Ramapo
River offers some tremendous whitewater, and a magnificent close by hotel is Residence Inn by Marriott Wayne. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Motor Sports Marina and Campground is a splendid place to camp,
and not far from Franklin Lake you'll stumble on Baker Pond which is a beautiful lake. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Pequannock River, and the snow is good at Mt. Peter. So much cool stuff next to Franklin Lake,
absolutely mind-boggling. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Sterling Forest, and a swamp like Franklin Swamp next to Franklin Lake has lots of exciting things to see.
