At Foxs Pond during the long summer days highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are commonly in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Foxs Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Holstein Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and there's always Foxs Lake Dam to pop by next to Foxs Pond. This lake is so       wonderful. Hit the slopes at Mountain Creek around here, and Foxs Pond is a great place to visit for more than one day, Sun Air Lakeside Camp is a great place to camp nearby. Looking for some flowing water? Try Beaver Brook, and while you're here, you could also check out scenic White Meadow Lake. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Foxs Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp Nyoda, and there's whitewater on India Brook for all you adrenaline rush                  seekers. Foxs Pond is a relatively wet place regularly with a good deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls through August; the driest month of the year is February. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. Playing golf is lots of fun at Peace Pipe Country Club, and after a long day outdoors Hampton Inn Rockaway-I 80 (Parsippany Area) is a great location to spend a night or two. You can distinguish Snake Hill from Foxs Pond, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Rockaway River.
