Echo Lake is a wet place that gets a large amount of rain; the month with most of the rain is May; February on the other hand is the driest. Yep, outdoors entertaining things to do are really bountiful here at Echo Lake. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pequannock River;       a pleasant nearby hotel is Holiday Inn SPRINGFIELD. At Echo Lake through the months of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Echo Lake. There are other locations here than Echo Lake, for example Briant Pond, and camping is available at Camp Horizons. Golf can be played at Galloping Hill Golf Course.
