If you like lakes and you're in this part of New Jersey you can check out East Lake. East Lake is a wonderful place to camp, Yogi Bear At Tall Pines Resort is a wonderful place, and if you come at the right time of year, Brandywine Creek offers some great whitewater. High temperatures at East Lake during the summer are in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, mostly in the 60's. During the winter the highs are generally in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at East Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. All the outdoors fun stuff in close proximity to East Lake will keep you coming back many times. After a long day
outdoors Holiday Inn Select Bridgeport-I-295, Nj is a great place to spend a night or two; not far from East Lake you'll hit upon Avis Millpond which is a beautiful lake. East Lake ordinarily gets much rain; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
