What a nice lake Durham Pond is. You can distinguish Cobb Hill from Durham Pond, and if you're a golfer then a perfect nearby course is Green Pond Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. If you haven’t been to Gateway National Recreation Area, you should schedule some time for it if you're here, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can visit Durham Pond Dam. At Durham Pond through the warm months highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Durham Pond temperatures fall to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Inn is a splendid place to get some rest, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Hidden Valley is quite near.
The skiing at Mountain Creek is delightful, and if you need a site to stay Mountain Inn Hotel is a good choice. I don't
want to stop, cause I'm havin' a perfect time here at Durham Pond. If you came to camp Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club is a wonderful place to do that; you can run the rapids of Pequannock River. There's so much to do here at Durham
Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sun Air Lakeside Camp is a great location for that; you can go for a hike on the Cannonball Trail.
Browns Pond is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
