Camping is available at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds, and folks from New York-Newark-Edison love to come here. Dahnerts Lake is a splendid lake right next door to Dundee Lake, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Cannonball Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Fleischer Brook is a charming stream that is worth a visit, and Pequannock River has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby.

a nice hiking trail right next door to Dundee Lake called the Conklins Crossing, and dry warm beds await you at Red Carpet Inn Elmwood Park. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Dundee Lake. There's no such thing as a
bad day of skiing at nearby Sterling Forest, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ramapo River. Be careful coming to Dundee Lake, you might not ever wanna return home again. Mt. Peter has
nice slopes and a friendly staff.
