If you are traveling by, why not stop by Delaware Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Do pop by Sunfish Pond near Delaware Lake, it's a pretty lake, and don't leave Delaware Lake without first going for a hike along the Smith Trail. from East Stroudsburg love to come to Delaware Lake; there's whitewater on Pequest River for all you adrenaline kick people.
Going for a hike on the Bald Barren Trail is always a great adventure, and hey, Gotta ski right? Shawnee
Mountain is a nice place to do that. Delaware Lake is a wonderful location to visit for more than one day, Delaware River Family Campground is a wonderful location to camp nearby, and swing by Delawanna Creek it's a pleasant place
to check out. And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool things just keep reading. A gorgeous lake like Locust Lake in the neighborhood of Delaware Lake is a splendid place to go to.
