If you are in Bergen county it's always a good idea to stop by Darlington Lake. The Kakiat Trail is a splendid hiking trail in the vicinity of Darlington Lake; an interesting thing to explore close to Darlington Lake is Darlington Lake Dam. Enjoy a round of golf at Apple Ridge Country Club not far from Darlington Lake. Havemeyer Hollow is a nice site to take a look at nearby, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Cannonball Trail. During the days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Darlington Lake while night lows are frequently in the 60's.
