The Pine Meadow Trail is a great hiking trail close to Darlington Lake, and you're in all probability hooked on lakes, Suraci Pond is one of those close by. Glide down the rapids of Pequannock River in a kayak; on a great day you can take a hike along the Kakiat Trail. Darlington Lake is a wet site that gets a large amount of rain; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on

| | Ramapo River, and Darlington Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Baker Camp On Lake Sebago is a pleasant local campground. Apple Ridge Country Club is a great golf course close by. Lakes are glorious; Van Gelders Pond is a lake that's next to Darlington Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lake plunge into the 10's. You can never get enough of the good skiing at Sterling Forest, and camping at Camp wabenaki is always a good experience. This site is peerless, just look at all the fun stuff to do next to Darlington
Lake. Interesting geology is available here; Hawk Rock is close to Darlington Lake, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Cannonball Trail. Really great skiing awaits you at Mt. Peter. At Darlington Lake
you can see Campgaw Mountain; why not take a little trip to Darlington Brook if you're here. So many exciting things to do at Darlington Lake, so little time.
