Saddle River Valley is a fine site to discover, and after a long day outdoors Residence Inn Saddle River is a wonderful site to spend a night or two. Any time is a great time at Coles Pond if you adore the outdoors. A spree to Gateway National Recreation Area is recommended. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs frequently       are in the 80's at Coles Pond. Summer night lows descend down to the 60's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Coles Pond temperatures fall to the 10's. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pequannock River, and the Conklins Crossing is a great hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably keen on lakes, Whites Lake is one of those close by, and a day on the slopes of Sterling Forest                  is just what you need. Coles Pond is a relatively wet place typically with a good deal of precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month is February. There's so much to do here at Coles Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Baker Camp On Lake Sebago is a great spot for that; golf can be played at Paramus Golf & Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. There is a wonderful hiking trail close to Coles Pond called the Sherwood Path; Coles Pond is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds is a brilliant local campground. This is a good area for people who like lakes. San Jacinto Lake is a lake in close proximity, and getting to Allendale Brook from Coles Pond is trouble-free.
