If you are in Warren county it's always a good idea to stop by Cedar Lake. There's so much to do here at Cedar Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Triple Brook Camping Resort is a great location for that, and dry warm beds await you at Fernwood Hotel and Resort. You can take a little visit to Lake Kalmia Dam while you're here at Cedar Lake; if you need a place to stay Value Inn East Stroudsburg is a pleasant choice. Blair Creek is a fine local stream;

Cedar Lake is right by the Bald Barren Trail, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Shawnee Mountain is reasonably near. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Bush Kill Creek, and you can stay the night at Appalacian Mountain Club. rules!. During the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Cedar Lake. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Cedar
Lake. Hiking along the Smith Trail is magnificent fun; Alpine Mountain is a pleasant local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Don't miss out on a journey to Delaware National Scenic River since you're here at Cedar Lake, and there
are some fine whitewater spots on Pequest River. And if you're still looking for more outdoors exciting things just keep reading. Take a hike on the Flat Ridge Trail; if you've had enough of Cedar Lake, Lake Susquehanna is nearby.
