You don’t have to go far from Cedar Lake to see the water at Bethel Lake Dam, and camping is available at Lake Kandle. High temperatures at Cedar Lake all through the days of summer are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Cedar Lake. Cedar       Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls through July while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
