Carpi Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Carpi Lake; Kakiat Trail is a glorious local trail; get dripping wet paddling on Pequannock River. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Pine Meadow Trail, and a perfect close by hotel is Roserne Motor Lodge.       Good hiking is available along the Cannonball Trail, and Carpi Lake Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Hidden Valley, and if you need a spot to stay Stumble Inn is a great choice. There are other locations here than Carpi Lake, for example Boy Scout Lake; soar down the rapids of Rockaway River in a kayak. For the duration of the days of summer here at Carpi                  Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are mostly in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Carpi Lake. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Carpi Lake. Green Brook is near Carpi Lake and is always a bliss to visit; a wonderful spot to camp here at Carpi Lake is Black Bear Campground. Carpi Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Motor Sports Marina and Campground is a great local campground. Really glorious skiing awaits you at Mt.
