If you are traveling by, why not stop by Carpi Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Greenwood Lake is in the neighborhood; Motor Sports Marina and Campground is a glorious campground nearby. Having a pleasant time at Carpi Lake is uncomplicated. Don't leave Carpi Lake without first going for a hike along the Pine Meadow Trail; you can go for a hike on the Kakiat Trail.

| | far from Carpi Lake you'll stumble on West Milford Lake which is a delightful lake. A visit to Gateway National Recreation Area is worthwhile, and Carpi Lake Dam is a picturesque place. This lake is so wonderful. Carpi Lake is a great location to visit for more than one day, Camp Ocawasin Lodge is a great location to camp nearby, and a wonderful place for whitewater paddling is Rockaway River.

Gotta ski right? Hidden Valley is a perfect location to do that. Carpi Lake is a quite wet place frequently with lots of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and February
meanwhile is the driest month. Everybody close by loves skiing at Mt. Peter, and why not a little side visit to Green Brook.
All the outdoors cool stuff right next door to Carpi Lake will keep you coming back repeatedly. Get your
heart beating on the tremendous whitewater of Pequannock River, and there are great locations to look at along the Cannonball Trail. Summertime highs at Carpi Lake generally tend to be in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures
are in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's; overnight lows throughout the winter for Carpi Lake tend to be in the 10's.
