It's always fun to stop by Camp Hlond Reservoir. Howard Johnson Inn is a brilliant spot to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Camp Hlond Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Baker Camp On Lake Sebago is a great place for that. All the water falling down from the sky makes Camp Hlond Reservoir a wet site; through the month of May you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking

| | is available along the Kakiat Trail, and if you get bored of Camp Hlond Reservoir you could also stop by nearby Mirror Lake.
Camp Hlond Reservoir is nice enough to spend more than a day at, National Camp Assn is a nice local campground. Don't leave Camp Hlond Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Conklins Crossing; Apple Ridge Country Club is a great golf course nearby. Very wonderful scenery and tremendous skiing is what you get at Mt. Peter; Garrison Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out. But wait, there's more to do near Camp Hlond Reservoir. Drift down the rapids of
Popolopen Creek in a kayak, and there's glorious hiking along the Sherwood Path. Through the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 80's at Camp Hlond Reservoir while overnight lows are frequently in the 60's. Through the
winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Camp Hlond Reservoir nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express RAMSEY-MAHWAH is a great choice; what would winter be without some skiing at Sterling Forest.
