If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Budd Lake. Take a side trip to Turkey Brook. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Gold Mine Motel is a perfect place to spend a night or two; why not camp at Panther Lake Camping Resort while you're here at Budd Lake. For the period of the months of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Budd       Lake, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, usually in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Budd Lake. If you need a site to stay Best Western Mount Olive Hotel is a fine choice, and a tremendous place for whitewater paddling is Lamington River. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Paulins Kill River, and a spree to Delaware National Scenic                  River is worthwhile. Camping is available at Fla Net Park Campgrounds; right next door to Budd Lake you locate a golf course called Mine Brook Golf Club.
