Hiking along the Cannonball Trail is tremendous fun, and Glen Wild Lake Dam is pretty. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. La Quinta Inn and Suites Wayne is a delightful site to get some rest; if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Pine Meadow Trail. This lake       is so wonderful. You'll discover a gorgeous lake called Oakwood Lake near Bogues Pond, and Rockaway River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by. Going for a hike along the Kakiat Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and golf can be played at Sunset Valley Golf Course. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the vicinity of Bogues Pond. Take a side visit to Beaver Brook, and naturally, all our national parks                  are wonderful locations to stop by and Gateway National Recreation Area is no exception. For the period of the months of summer at Bogues Pond highs are commonly in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
