Best Western Murray Hill Inn is a tremendous spot to get some rest; swing by Crab Brook it's a good place to have a       look at. So much amusing stuff to do at Best Lake, so little time. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Watchung Lake, and Gateway National Recreation Area is a tremendous national park. Best Lake is a wet location that gets lots of precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Drift down the rapids of Rockaway River in a kayak, and a delightful                  spot to camp here at Best Lake is Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club. This lake is so wonderful.
