Basking Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. There's so much to do here at Basking Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Rein Teen Tours is a brilliant location for that. Lakes are tremendous; Clarks Pond is a lake that's near Basking Reservoir. If you're dropping by Basking Reservoir from New York-Newark-Edison, you won't be the only one, and if you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rockaway River. If you

| | need a spot to stay Howard Johnson Inn is a fine choice, and you're perhaps keen on lakes, Great Notch Reservoir is one of those nearby. High temperatures at Basking Reservoir all through the long summer days are in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. This lake is so wonderful. Korman Communities Clifton is a magnificent place to get some rest, and you can take a little tour to Great Notch Reservoir Dam if you're here at Basking Reservoir. Going for a hike on the Cannonball Trail
is always a good adventure, and if you came to camp Camp Horizons is a magnificent place to do that. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Mt. Peter. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is
lots of fun at Packanack Golf Club; don't leave Basking Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Pine Meadow Trail.
