What a nice lake Lake Ames is. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Hidden Valley is a very popular ski area close by, and a splendid close by hotel is Mountain Inn Hotel. Near Lake Ames you come across a golf course called Green Pond Golf Club; you can hit the slopes at Mountain Creek close at hand.
There are some glorious whitewater spots on Pequannock River, and while you're here, you could explore Burnt Meadow Brook. And if that's not

| | enough, there's lots more to do near Lake Ames. You'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Lake Ames near Lake Ames. There's so much to do here at Lake Ames that you need to camp here for a while, Sun Air Lakeside Camp is a great place for that. Lake Ames Dam is an interesting thing to check out, and Lake Ames is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club is a splendid local campground.

of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Ames. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake
Ames a wet spot; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
