From a rainfall point of view Zephyr Lake is a relatively typical site; November is when you get the most rain here while January is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. you just should do, and there's whitewater on Souhegan River for all you adrenaline junkies. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Zephyr Lake. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing
at Crotched Mountain since you're here, and there are some splendid whitewater spots on Stony Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Mitchell Hill Road is perfect fun, and the top of Blanchard Hill is easily seen from
Zephyr Lake. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Zephyr Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are mostly in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Zephyr Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's.
