Why not stop by Zealand Pond if you're passing through these parts. This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. Zealand Pond is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Zealand Pond has it all. While staying at Zealand Pond you could always discover Zealand Notch, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Zealand Pond; Twinway Trail is a great local trail. These mountains rock, just

| | explore all the exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains. Good hiking is available along the Zeacliff Trail; a fine place to camp here at Zealand Pond is Ammonoosuc Campgrounds. This lake is so wonderful. Zealand Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Tarry-ho-cottages is a great local campground, and glorious skiing awaits you at Bretton Woods. stop at Zeacliff Pond, it's a beautiful lake. Through the summer months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Zealand Pond, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's,
and night lows in the 0's for Zealand Pond. Go for a hike on the Zealand Trail, and from Zealand Pond you obtain a brilliant panorama of Mount Hale. A great place for whitewater paddling next to Zealand Pond is Pemigewasset River
- North Fork, and Waterville Valley has brilliant slopes and a friendly staff. The amount of rain that falls at Zealand Pond is close to the national average; through August this area sees the most rain; February is when it's
the driest. If you need a location to stay Patio Motor Court is a great choice; while you're here, you could take a look at Havie Brook. This lake is so wonderful. A short tour to Thoreau Falls is always worthwhile, and you can run the rapids of Ammonoosuc River.
