Wilson Pond is not the only place close by, Robinhood Park Reservoir is a close by lake, and at Wilson Pond you always meet someone from Keene. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Wilson Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Hilltop Camp is a delightful place for that, and a round of golf at nearby Bretwood Golf Course is a tremendous way to kill some time. This       lake is so wonderful. The Farmers Trail is a delightful hiking trail in close proximity to Wilson Pond, and after a long day outdoors E.F. Lane Hotel is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. Minnewawa River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot close by, and close by you find the White Arrow Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater                  paddling on Otter Brook; getting to Ash Swamp Brook from Wilson Pond is easy. The amount of precipitation that falls at Wilson Pond is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most; February is the month with the least moisture. On a fine day at Wilson Pond you can take a hike along the Marlboro Trail; if you need a place to stay Best Western Sovereign Hotel is a wonderful choice. Beech Hill is trouble-free to spot from Wilson Pond. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wilson Pond has to offer, you can camp at Surry Mountain Camp Ground, and splendid water scenery is available at Lower Wilson Pond Dam close to Wilson Pond. During the days of summer here at Wilson Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 50's.
