If you are in Hillsborough county it's always a good idea to stop by Willard Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Parker Trail, and camping at Field'n Forest Recreation Area is always a perfect experience. Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a wonderful spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not have a look at Willard Pond Dam if you're here; a lake close by is Hunts Pond.

Crotched Mountain has fine slopes and a friendly staff, and there are plenty of folks from Keene here at Willard Pond. The Cascade Link Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors The Henniker Motel is a magnificent place to spend a night or two.

and whitewater paddling is good on Contoocook River. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Willard Pond reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in
the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Willard Pond sink into the 10's. Willard Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Seven Maples Campground is a pleasant local campground; in
the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Contoocook River - North Branch.
