If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll adore Wheeler Pond. Some nearby water includes Fox Brook, and if you need a location to stay Colonial Hotel is a splendid choice. The amount of rain that falls at Wheeler Pond is close to the national average; May is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. If the weather is great here at Wheeler Pond, you can go for       a hike along the Mitchell Hill Road, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Stony Brook. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Wheeler Pond, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; through the dark hours in the winter at Wheeler Pond temperatures fall to the 0's. Camping is available at Plaza Court Motel and Campgrounds, and you'll in all probability                  meet some folks from Manchester-Nashua here. Crotched Mountain is a nice local ski area, and why not visit Pratt Pond Dam if you're here. While you're here at Wheeler Pond you can take a hike along the Wapack Trail, and the slopes of Wachusett Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. This lake is so wonderful. The Parker Trail is a great hiking trail near Wheeler Pond; do pop by Watatic Pond, it's a beautiful lake. So many enjoyable things to do here at Wheeler Pond, too good to be true.
