Waumbek Golf Club is a great golf course nearby, and don't leave Weed Pond without first going for a hike along the Nubble Mountain Trail.       Just can't get enough of Weed Pond. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things in the White Mountains. Rogers Campground is a brilliant campground nearby, and great hiking is available along the Turtle Brook Trail. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Weeks Pond, and get drenched paddling on Israel River. Weed Pond is located in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Hit                  the slopes at Cannon Mountain close by; after a long day outdoors Cabot Motor Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. The Spalding Inn is a splendid place to get some rest; get yourself into a kayak and hit Ammonoosuc River. All through the warm months here at Weed Pond, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while Weed Pond night low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the-10's. But wait, there's more to do close to Weed Pond. Not far from Weed Pond, you'll discover Blood Pond which is a pretty lake; you can go for a hike on the Black Brook Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
