Why not stop by Wason Pond if you're passing through these parts. There's so much to do here at Wason Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Silver Sands Camping Area is a pleasant location for that, and from Wason Pond you get a great vista of Mardens Hill. | | delightful local campground; some of the water close by flows, like Fordway Brook. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. You don’t have to go far from Wason Pond to make out the water at Wason Pond Dam, and Bradford is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. a delightful hiking trail next to Wason Pond called the Catamount Trail, and if you need a site to stay Red Roof Inn Salem is a pleasant choice. Wason Pond gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; of all the months in a year November
is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. There's whitewater on Suncook River for all you adrenaline junkies; a brilliant close by hotel is Holiday Inn Salem, Nh. During the warmest time of the year,
highs frequently are in the 80's at Wason Pond. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to
Wason Pond. That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Wason Pond has it all. Here at Wason Pond there are plenty of folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy; a lake close by is North Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There are
some wonderful whitewater spots on Little Suncook, and the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by.
