A journey to Wadleigh State Beach in the vicinity of Warner River Reservoir is always a great idea, and lots of people from Concord come here. Stay the night at Lake Massasecum Park and Campground, and Warner River Reservoir is not the only location close by, Cunningham Pond is a close by lake. Have a good hiking adventure                  along the Monadnock Sunapee Trail, and get soaked paddling on Contoocook River. Warner River Reservoir truly is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Here at Warner River Reservoir you can catch a glimpse of Bible Hill, and paddling on Warner River is so much fun. Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a great location to get some rest, and hiking along the Wilmot Trail is magnificent fun. While you're here at Warner River Reservoir you can take a hike along the Clark Trail. At Warner River Reservoir during the summertime highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Warner River Reservoir. You can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Pats Peak. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Warner River Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Oxbow Campground. This lake is so wonderful.
