This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Kearsarge Trail is always a perfect adventure, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Saco River - East Branch. If you need a spot to stay Oxford House Inn is a fine choice; why not a little side spree to Kimball Brook. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the White Mountains. There's so much to do here at Upper Kimball       Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cove Camping Area is a good place for that; a lake close by is Hunt Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Black Mountain; the Province Brook Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. If you came to camp Zen Farm RV Resort is a good place to do that, and there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Weeks Brook Trail. What a place this is for                  outdoors people. Upper Kimball Lake Dam is worth checking out while you're here; golf can be played at Lake Kezar Country Club. The summit of Birch Hill can be observed from Upper Kimball Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Wild River. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is bountiful here in the White Mountains. Cranmore Mountain is a very popular ski area in close proximity, and a glorious nearby hotel is Jockey Cap Motel & Country. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Upper Kimball Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a stunning outdoors paradise. High temperatures at Upper Kimball Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Upper Kimball Lake.
