So many enjoyable things to do here at Union Lake, too wonderful to be true. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ROCHESTER is a tremendous place to get some rest. If you       came for an overnight stay Barrington Shores Campground is a glorious site to camp, and Beauty Hill is painless to spot from Union Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Great Works River has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. Mica Point is close at hand and always magnificent to stop at, and Swains Lake is a great lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Union Lake Dam is worth taking a look at while you're here; if you need a place to stay New England                  Center is a glorious choice. Lakes are such calm sites, why not go to Creek Pond next to Union Lake; while you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Hickory Pond Inn & Golf Course. Much precipitation falls at Union Lake; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is January. For the duration of the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Union Lake, and the night is rather chillier of course, typically in the 50's.
