After a long day outdoors The Exeter Inn is a great site to spend a night or two, and a day on the slopes of Bradford is just what       you need. Playing golf is lots of fun at Amesbury Golf & Country Club, and John D Eaton State Forest is a brilliant local forest. This lake is so wonderful. A magnificent close by hotel is Fairfield Inn Amesbury, and Powow Cove Campground is a fine campground nearby. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Tuxbury Pond. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Tuxbury Pond night low temperatures                  during the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Tuxbury Pond Camping Area, and you'll come across a beautiful lake called Sargent Millpond. Tuxbury Pond is a wet spot that gets a large amount of rain; November is the month that gets the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Tuxbury Pond.
