Not far from Topside Pond, you'll discover Cunningham Pond which is a pretty lake; if you need a place to stay Colonial Hotel is a splendid choice. Pats Peak is a very popular ski area around here, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Stony Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Monadnock Country Club is a golf course near Topside Pond, and time spent at Campers Beach is always       nice. So much amusing stuff close to Topside Pond, absolutely extraordinary. There's whitewater on Contoocook River for all you adrenaline junkies; going for a hike on the Mitchell Hill Road is always a tremendous adventure. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Woodmore Campground is a good location to do that, and The Henniker Motel is a glorious site to get some rest. You'll meet a lot of people from Manchester-Nashua here, and at Topside Pond                  you can catch a sight of North Pack Monadnock Mountain. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are truly plentiful here at Topside Pond. Hit the slopes at Crotched Mountain in close proximity, and a day at lovely Picnickers Beach next to Topside Pond is a pleasant thing to do. Topside Pond gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; all through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Camping at Echo Valley is always a fine experience; there are pleasant locations to look at along the Parker Trail. Lakes? Sure, Cranberry Meadow Pond is close by, and there is a delightful hiking trail close by called the Wapack Trail. All through the months of summer here at Topside Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's.
