Paddling on Mad River is so much fun, and Pine Woods Campground is a perfect local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Teacup Lake, you could also go to nearby Flat Mountain Ponds; a great close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Moultonborough. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Best Western Silver Fox Inn is a splendid choice; you get a       fine sight of Guinea Hill from here. Teacup Lake is located in the White Mountains. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Waterville Valley Golf Course; on a nice day you can take a hike along the Guinea Pond Trail. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the White Mountains. Arcadia Campground is a wonderful campground nearby, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Flat                  Mountain Pond Trail. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Teacup Lake. Get dripping wet paddling on Swift River, and why not take a little spree to Cold River if you're here. While you're here at Teacup Lake you will meet lots of folks from close by Laconia, and delightful scenery and magnificent skiing is what you get at Gunstock. The annual rain here at Teacup Lake is about average; most of the rain falls through August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. High temperatures at Teacup Lake throughout the days of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Teacup Lake drop into the 0's. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more exciting things to do in the White Mountains. Teacup Lake is not the only place close by, Guinea Pond is a close by lake; hey, Gotta ski right?
