     Head up to Bradford and strap some skis to your feet; you'll probably meet some folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy here. Lakes are great; Taylors Reservoir is a lake that's near Taylor Reservoir; why not take a refreshing hike along the Catamount Trail. A visit to Boulder Cove near Taylor Reservoir is always a fine idea. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Taylor Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Escambuit Campground. This place, Taylor Reservoir,  
   it just has so much outdoors cool stuff. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Taylor Reservoir; Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail is a great local trail, and the peak of Bond Hill can be made out from Taylor Reservoir.
If you need a place to stay Salem Red Roof Inn is a perfect choice. There's so much to do here at Taylor Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Sanborn Shore Acres is a wonderful spot for that; if you come at the right time of
 
               year, Concord River offers some glorious whitewater. The amount of precipitation that falls at Taylor Reservoir is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is November, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
But wait, there's more to do next to Taylor Reservoir. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Big Island Pond; let's not forget Drew Brook which is a stream that you may bump into during your stay. For the period of the summertime months at Taylor Reservoir temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Taylor Reservoir are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is nice at McIntyre; you can take a little spree to Taylor Dam since you're here at Taylor Reservoir.
This lake is so wonderful. A perfect nearby hotel is Holiday Inn SALEM (I-93 AT EXIT 2), and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Merrimack River. Good hiking is available along the Campground Trail, and if you're here you can play some golf at Atkinson Country Club.
