This lake is so wonderful. Field and Stream Travel Trailer Park is a tremendous campground here; why not take a refreshing hike along the Mitchell Hill Road. So many fun things to do here at Taylor Pond, too perfect to be true. Hiking along the Wapack Trail is wonderful fun, and Souhegan River is a pleasant whitewater spot nearby. For you golfers we recommend close by Townsend Ridge       Country Club. Stay the night at Pine Campgrounds, and the top of West Hill is easily made out from Taylor Pond. What would winter be without some skiing at Crotched Mountain, and you'll come across a gorgeous lake called Pierce Pond. All the water falling down from the sky makes Taylor Pond a wet site; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is September. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to                  Taylor Pond, and the night is fairly chillier of course, typically in the 50's.
