River Reservoir is a quite wet place mostly with a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is November; the driest month of the year is January. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Inn & Suites Hooksett is a delightful
place to spend a night or two; whitewater paddling is great on Suncook River. This lake is so wonderful. One of the main features of the surroundings of Suncook River Reservoir is Catamount Hill, and if you don't mind getting drenched,
you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Suncook. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Suncook River Reservoir. Bear Brook Park Pond is a good lake near Suncook River Reservoir. What would winter be without some skiing at Gunstock, and an afternoon playing golf at Plausawa Valley Country Club is always a joy.
