Go to Suncook River Reservoir if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Onemile Trail is always a good adventure; Suncook River Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Oaks Campground is a great local campground. choice. An afternoon playing golf at Plausawa Valley Country Club is always a diversion; camping at Circle 9 Ranch Campground is always a good experience. The high level of precipitation makes Suncook River Reservoir a quite wet location;
November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is January. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Suncook River Reservoir. If the weather is delightful, you get a great vista
of Catamount Hill from Suncook River Reservoir, and magnificent skiing awaits you at McIntyre. This lake is so wonderful. Gunstock has delightful slopes and a friendly staff, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Hooksett is a perfect place
to get some rest. Don't leave Suncook River Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail; Dubes Pond is a nearby lake that you could visit. There are delightful locations to look at along
the Catamount Trail; do pop by Marsh Pond, it's a lovely lake. Ames Brook is a nice local stream, and if you come at the right time of year, Little Suncook offers some great whitewater.
