You simply should fancy Sumners Pond. There are good sites to look at along the Futures Trail, and you'll discover a striking lake called Chapin Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Claremont Country Club Country Club, and don't leave Sumners Pond without first going for a hike along the Hang Glider Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Lebanon/Hanover,                  and the skiing at Ascutney is fine. Summertime highs at Sumners Pond mostly tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Sumners Pond temperatures fall to the 0's. You imagine that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up.
