     The top of Success Hill is easily made out from Success Pond; Success Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Mollidgewock Campground is a great local campground. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is bountiful here in the White Mountains. Very picturesque scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Sunday River; if you come at the right time of year, Swift Cambridge River offers some magnificent whitewater.
And if that's not enough, there's
 
   a load more to do in the vicinity of Success Pond. The Goose Eye Trail offers hiking at its best, and Success Pond is not the only location close by, Mollidgewock Pond is a close by lake. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors just come on up to the White Mountains. Shelter Brook is a stream that you may run into while here, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Wild River. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing  
               at Wildcat is one of those things you just should do; a fine close by hotel is Budget Inn Berlin Nr White MT.
This lake is so wonderful. Royalty Inn is a great site to get some rest; a lake close by is Speck Pond. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Success Pond; Speck Pond Trail is a good local trail; a nice place to camp here at Success Pond is Wild River Campground. Summertime at Success Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's while Success Pond nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's.
Success Pond is located in the White Mountains. An average amount of rain falls at Success Pond; August is when you get the most rain here while February is ordinarily the driest month.

I spent most of my summers growing up at cedar pond.We had our camp there and I remember the penny candy at the red and white striped store and the dog inky. There was also a dog named cedar that would visit all the camps in search of food. The lake would be freezing even in August and when we had to start a fire in the furnace the only wood we had to burn was obviously cedar and the smell was wonderful. And though the ''camp'' my Pepere had is no longer there, the wonderful memories are....
