The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Do take a look at Foxglove Pond close to Stinson Lake, it's a scenic lake, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Tenney Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Stinson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, R & B Camp Baggage is a glorious site for that, and Stinson Lake is right by the Stinson Mountain Trail. Take a hike on the Donkey Hill Cutoff;

Stinson Lake Dam has great water scenery and it's close to Stinson Lake, and you need to check out Eagle Cliff since you're here. lake called Three Ponds near Stinson Lake, and get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Baker River. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Stinson Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's, and overnight lows all through the winter for Stinson Lake tend to be in the 0's. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the White Mountains.
There's some flowing water nearby, Sucker Brook is a stream you can have a look at while you're here; at Stinson Lake you can make out Black Hill. You assume that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Loon Mountain has wonderful
slopes and a friendly staff. That right there is a heap of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all. You can run the rapids of Baker River next to Stinson Lake, and you can stay the night at Riverbrook
RV Resort. Red Carpet Motel is a fine location to get some rest, and hiking along the Mount Kineo Trail is splendid fun.
