If you are in Cheshire county it's always a good idea to stop by Spoons Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ashuelot River. There's so much to do here at Spoons Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Surry Mountain Camp Ground is a tremendous site for that. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Spoons Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hilltop Camp; why not take a refreshing hike along the Farmers Trail. This

Spoons Pond is near Spoons Pond Dam which is a delightful location undeniably worth stopping at, and what would winter be without some skiing at Mount Sunapee. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Keene, Nh is a great location to spend a night or two, and the Marlboro Trail offers hiking at its best. Very striking scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at Crotched
Mountain, and a splendid close by hotel is E.F. Lane Hotel. Any time is a splendid time at Spoons Pond if you fancy the outdoors.
Spoons Pond gets a common amount of annual precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August;
February meanwhile is the driest month. This site is peerless, just check out all the amusing stuff to do close to Spoons Pond. While you're here at Spoons Pond you can play some golf at Bretwood Golf Course, and do take a hike on the White Arrow Trail.
