It's always fun to stop by Spaulding Lake. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Wildcat has wonderful slopes and a friendly staff, and Spaulding Lake lays in the shadow of the White Mountains. After a long day outdoors Bretton Arms Country Inn is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two, and why not a little side trip to Monroe Brook. For the period of the warm days of summer at Spaulding Lake temperatures are regularly

| | in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while Spaulding Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. A lake nearby is Hermit Lake, and going for a hike on the Westside Trail is always a nice adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Burt Ravine is a perfect site to visit in the neighborhood of Spaulding Lake, and Lakes of the Clouds is a nearby lake | |

that you could go to. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Spaulding Lake, checking out Ball Crag is a must, and a good place to camp here at Spaulding Lake is Dry River Campground. Man, is there lots of amusing stuff
to do in the neighborhood of Spaulding Lake. There is a great hiking trail next to Spaulding Lake called the Sphinx Trail, and there are perfect spots to explore along the Six Husbands Trail. At Spaulding Lake you can catch a sight
of Adams Five, and Dry River is a delightful whitewater spot close by. This lake is located in the wonderful White Mountains. That right there is a heap of amusing stuff already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all.
You can run the rapids of Peabody River - West Branch in the neighborhood of Spaulding Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Seasons at Attitash. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things in the
White Mountains. Spaulding Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rain; the wettest month of the year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most; February on the other hand is the driest. Bretton Woods is a very popular ski area around here; camping at Timberland Camping Area is always a brilliant experience.
