The beauty of Smalls Pond is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Smalls Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, The Acord Campground is a nice local campground, and if you come at the right time of year, Suncook River offers some wonderful whitewater. There's so much to do here at Smalls Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cascade Park Campground is a brilliant spot for that, and the Onemile Trail is a splendid hiking trail

| | close by. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Winnipesaukee River, and you're sure to encounter some great people from Laconia here.

Pond is no exception. Getting to Clark Brook from Smalls Pond is painless, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Gunstock.
Summertime highs at Smalls Pond regularly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it
drops down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Smalls Pond. From a rainfall point of view Smalls Pond is a rather common location; the month with most of the rain
is November; the driest of the months is February. A wooded area in the vicinity of Smalls Pond is Soucook River State Forest, and nearby you come across the Catamount Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail.
Having a great
time at Smalls Pond is trouble-free. Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott Concord, and going for a hike on the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail is always a delightful adventure. So much fun stuff near Smalls Pond, truly amazing. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at McIntyre.
