A visit to Sky Ranch Pond is always a good idea. Now, you may believe that's lots but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Sky Ranch Pond. There's whitewater on Bloods Brook for all you adrenaline junkies; dry warm beds await you at Pine Crest Motel. Get your pulse rate up on the magnificent whitewater of Connecticut River; hiking along the Hang Glider Trail is great fun. This lake is so wonderful. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Whaleback, and Sky Ranch Pond is not far at all from Lebanon. Take a little journey to Bloods Brook since you're here at Sky Ranch Pond, and playing golf is lots of fun at Carter Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Valley Resort Campground is a great local campground. After a long day outdoors Airport Economy Inn is a good place to spend a night or two, and there's no such thing as a bad
day of skiing at close by Ascutney.
The summit of Beauty Hill can be observed from Sky Ranch Pond, and Sky Ranch Pond is right by the Slot Trail. From a precipitation point of view Sky Ranch Pond is a pretty normal location; during
August this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February. At Sky Ranch Pond during the long summer days highs are in the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Sky Ranch Pond.
