The beauty of Silver Lake is reason enough to stop by. Very pretty scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at Tenney Mountain; it's a nice idea to visit Gulf Brook. Near Silver Lake you discover a golf course called Lake View Golf Club. And that's not all you can do here at Silver Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Silver Lake; The Wall Trail is a magnificent local trail, and if you came to camp Basin Campground - White Mountain National Forest

| | is a great spot to do that. Silver Lake is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. These mountains rock, just explore all the amusing stuff to do in the White Mountains. If you need a place to stay Lord Hampshire Motel & Cottage is a nice choice, and hey, Gotta ski right? Gunstock is a good place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are splendid; Knowles Pond is a lake that's close to Silver Lake, and Lochmere Dam is not far at all from Silver Lake. | |

Silver Lake is right by the Rattlesnake Trail, and during your tour here you'll meet some people from Laconia for sure. You absolutely have to have a thing about the White Mountains. The Prospect Trail offers hiking at its best, and
Winnipesaukee River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. During the warmest time of the year, highs typically are in the 80's at Silver Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days
of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Silver Lake sink into the 0's. From a precipitation point of view Silver Lake is a quite typical location; through
the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is January. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Shalimar Resort. There's so much to do here at Silver Lake that you need to camp here for a while, The Acord Campground is a great spot for that.
