This lake is so wonderful. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Bradford. There's so much to do here at Showell Pond that you need to camp here for a       while, Sanborn Shore Acres is a tremendous site for that. Chestnut Hill is clearly visible from Showell Pond, and you'll discover a wonderful lake called Wash Pond. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Showell Pond. This is a popular spot for folks from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy.
