Shaw Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Yeah, come up here to the White Mountains for a tremendous time. Pine Hill is clearly visible from Shaw Pond; a fine place to camp here at Shaw Pond is Pine Grove Campground. This lake is so wonderful. There are some good whitewater spots on Merrimack River; playing golf is lots of fun at Mojalaki Golf Club.

| | Webster Lake Inn; Shaw Pond is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Thousand Aces Family Campground is a tremendous local campground. Very striking scenery and splendid skiing is what you get at Pats Peak, and there are plenty of folks from Concord here. Summertime at Shaw Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. What would winter be without some skiing at Ragged Mountain, and if you get bored of Shaw Pond you could also pop by close by Vermetti Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Take a little spree
to Sucker Brook if you're here at Shaw Pond, and the Wilmot Trail is a magnificent hiking trail nearby. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. If you need a place to stay Dairy King Motel
is a great choice, and there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Melton Falls Trail.

discover the Manning Trail which is a great hiking trail. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the vicinity of Shaw Pond will keep you coming back repeatedly. Not far from Shaw Pond you obtain some tremendous water scenery at Webster
Lake Dam. An average amount of rainfall falls at Shaw Pond; throughout May this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is January.
