All the outdoors amusing things in the vicinity of Shaky Pond will keep you coming back again and again. Throughout the days of summer here at Shaky Pond, high temperatures typically reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Shaky Pond fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.       Chestnut Hill can be seen from Shaky Pond, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Wapack Trail. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Shaky Pond is unbeatable! Head up to McIntyre and strap some skis to your feet, and why not camp at Skypark Campground if you're here at Shaky Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant site for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Shaky Pond is Piscataquog River, and after a long day outdoors Hill                  - Brook Motel is a fine place to spend a night or two. The snow is good at Pats Peak, and not far from Shaky Pond you'll find Beaver Dam Pond which is a charming lake. Swamps are attention-grabbing sites and Campbell Swamp in the vicinity of Shaky Pond is no exception, and dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Bedford. Shaky Pond gets a great deal of water; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is September.
