Shadow Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. On a magnificent day at Shadow Lake you can take a hike along the Catamount Trail; the slopes of McIntyre are so inviting nobody can resist. here; as expected Flatrock Brook is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit.
