Shadow Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. So much exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains, not enough time. Camping at Campers World Campground is always a delightful experience, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Basin Cascade Trail. There's no way someone can get bored here in the White Mountains. Everybody loves The Basin, and Beacon Resort is a tremendous place to get some rest. Lakes are great; Mud

| | Pond is a lake that's near Shadow Lake, and Fay State Forest is worth checking out. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Woodwards Resort, and you have to unquestionably stop at Indian Head while here. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Profile Lake, and the top of Mount Pemigewasset is easily distinguished from Shadow Lake. is an inspiring location to visit while here, and a good place to camp here at Shadow Lake is Country Bumpkins. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Shadow Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down
into the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are typically in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Shadow Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Bog Eddy is right nearby,
and skiing at Loon Mountain is one of those things you just must do. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Pemigewasset River, and close by The Flume is a good location to go. This lake is so wonderful. Really magnificent
skiing awaits you at Cannon Mountain. This location, the White Mountains, has so much outdoors cool stuff. Shadow Lake is near Shadow Lake Dam which is a lovely place definitely worth a visit, and Shadow Lake is right by the Mount
Pemigewasset Trail. Any time is a glorious time at Shadow Lake if you love the outdoors. A quick journey to Boyce Brook near Shadow Lake is a tremendous idea, and do take a hike on the Whitehouse Trail. Shadow Lake is located
in the White Mountains. The amount of rain that falls at Shadow Lake is close to the national average; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February.
