Lakes are brilliant; Wilson Pond is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Shadow Lake; camping is available at Surry Mountain Camp Ground. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Shadow Lake. Really great skiing awaits you at Living Memorial Park. For the duration of the summertime months, highs commonly are in the 80's at Shadow Lake. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. | | are in the 20's; nighttime lows at Shadow Lake through the wintertime generally descend into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express KEENE is a good location to spend a night or two; on a brilliant day you can take a hike along the Marlboro Trail.

while you're here at Shadow Lake. An afternoon playing golf at Bretwood Golf Course is always a diversion, and not far from Shadow Lake you'll locate Ashuelot River Reservoir which is a lovely lake. The amount of rain that falls at
Shadow Lake is close to the national average; all through August this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
A swamp like Tenant Swamp close to Shadow Lake has lots of attention-grabbing things
to see; you can run the rapids of Ashuelot River. Minnewawa River is a nice whitewater spot in the vicinity of Shadow Lake, and you'll meet a lot of people from Keene here. You can catch a sight of West Hill from Shadow Lake, and
nearby you find the White Arrow Trail which is a delightful hiking trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Black Brook is a delightful local stream, and the Farmers Trail is a fine hiking trail close by.
